John,
I believe this is referring to the following (in advanced mode): in the
tag entry screen, at the top of the box you'll see a selection boxes
that include the tag type, record number and name of the individual
involved in the event (in this case), and at the far right a selection
box that defaults to "Primary Name". In this box, if you click on the
selection arrow (far right of this box), you can select which name the
person was using for this particular tag.
