Set "Print to" to a file, and select pdf or your word processor as the
file type. You have to then give it a file name, and optionally,
specify a different folder location.

I prefer to send to a Word Processor, so I can do some additional
formatting (as described in my article on a Word Macro) and also any
editing I might want to do. Then convert it to pdf from there, and
send the pdf.
