Select Individual Narrative from the Report Menu...in the Report Definition
Screen click on the down arrow at the end of the Configuration Name to drop
down the list of Individual Narrative reports and select the Individual
Narrative Preview (this is the report that is run when you click on the
tool bar button). Go under Options>Places tab and change the Preposition...
