The Descendancy Narrative does not include spouses (I suppose because
they are not descendants). The Descendant Indented Chart includes them
(I suppose because it is traditional to do so in that format).

Yes - click the select all button, and then Add Spouses.

Because you were adding the Descendants and Spouses of the people you
had selected in the Focus group. Since the descendants were not then
in the FG, they could not have been selected, so their spouses could
not be added.
