What you show is similar to Mills new format as shown in her
Quicksheet. I think her old format, for example for census, that
starts with the name of the subject, is far better. So that's how I've
constructed my draft card source:

FF: <[CD1], >[RECORD TYPE]<, [CD2]>< ([CD3])>, National Archives
micropublication [FILM NUMBER]-[CD4]<, [COMMENTS]><, [CD5]>

SF: [CD1], [RECORD TYPE]<, [CD2]>< ([CD3])>, roll [FILM
NUMBER]-[CD4]<, [CD5]>

Bib: [REPOSITORY ADDRESS]. [REPOSITORY]. [RECORD TYPE].
Micropublication [FILM NUMBER]

I use a single source for all cards, with the details in the CD. In
use:

CD1 = name of subject

Record Type = Draft Registration Card

CD2 = "serial no. xxx" and/or "order no. yyy" depending on the
particular form used

CD3 = date of registration

Film no. = M1509

CD4 = the roll number form Ancestry

Comments = seen on Ancestry.com

Repository is the National Archives

I developed this based primarily on the Mills census examples in
Evidence! but also looked as examples like birth records for ideas.
