I have a WW1 draft card tag with the sentence template:

[:CR:][:TAB:][P] registered for the Civilian Draft <[D]><residing at
[L]><[M]>

and use the source template:

"[RECORD TITLE]"<, [RECORD INFO]><; [REPOSITORY]><; [REPOSITORY ADDRESS]><,
[CD]><. Hereinafter cited as "[SHORT RECORD TITLE]">.

and my short template is:

"[SHORT RECORD TITLE]"<, [CD]>.

My bibliography template is:

<[REPOSITORY ADDRESS].>< [REPOSITORY]><, [RECORD INFO]>.

I copy the infirmation about the individual from the text of ancestry.com
and save the image of the draft card in my exhibits folder.

I have another tag for the image and use the same source but the sentence
is:

"Click on icon to see the image of the Draft Card."

and I attach the draft card image as an photo to this tag.

I do not print the WW1 Draft Image tags on paper output and use them only
when creating an output to Second Site.

I use a similar procedure for copies of other documents such as census
images, birth certificates etc.
