Ian,

This is a known and reported bug. It is associated with FoxPro memory
management.

There is a work around.

If you don't normally open TMG and first get the Welcome screen, then open TMG.

Set the "File > Preference; Startup and Exit" to "Show Welcome Screen".

Close TMG. Then Open TMG.

On the Welcome Screen, now import the PAF file via the IMPORT... button.

It should work without this error.
