Should be no problem here, a Restore is just the mirror image of a
backup. There are certain options that most of these are somewhat
out of the ordinary or at least different from your original
backup. In other words, you can do a full backup and then either do
a full restore or a partial restore. The destination can be back to
where it was or to a different location.

No TMG index files are included in any backup. Index files are
always re-created when a backup is restored. These index and
administrative files are just files that TMG uses to speed up the use
of the program based on what is already in the main files.
