If you minimize TMG, you can drag the border of the main window across two
monitors. Then you can add additional windows or drag existing windows to
the other monitor.

After you add additional windows and/or move existing windows to the new
monitor you can resize them and then save the layout with a new name.

When you close TMG and then reopen it TMG will automatically use the last
layout you used which, if it was the dual monitor layout, will automatically
open on two monitors.
