Two, whether or not you proceed:
1. Backup
2. Backup

External drives can crash just like internal drives. Either way you
go, keep the backup on media that is not on the same drive and/or
computer. It is best if the backup is even stored outside your home
or business.

Otherwise, there is nothing special. I suggest you create a Project
folder wherever you decide and then folders under that for each
project. Then in TMG, do (for each project) a File=>Copy Project to
the appropriate Project/(project name) folder on the other drive.
