| PLEASE, when asking a new question or bringing up an old question,
| please do not repy to another thread and continue the subject when the
| focus has changed.
|
| I think Pauline asked a new question about indenting the fist line of an
| individual Narative. adnthen the thread divereged to the Wish List and
| how it was handled.

The subject was the same. Pauline's problem about indenting the first line
was exactly the same as mine about formatting the name. TMG won't allow any
codes before the [P] - or, at least it won't produce the required output.
The solution to both these problems would be the same. The further point
about Wish List handling was a response to my question about whether my
proposal of last July was still live. The proposal enquired about was on the
same topic and therefore not a change of subject.

| Chris Sackett said he posted this request back in July. I don't know
| what the subject wasas I can't find it in the list achives.

I put the date (18 July) and the subject (Wish List - Name Format) in my
post. You have quoted my post which contains this information.

| As far as indenting the first line of an Individual narrative, I, for
| one, could care less and feel itshould have a low priority, Especially
| as it can be done in a word processor.

I could maintain my entire database with a word processor. That is hardly
the point. The suggestion was for an improvement in TMG output so that it
would conform to NEHG Register formatting.

| I would rathe see Wholly Genes find a new report subprogram that has
| more user controls and less hard wired formats.
