Chris,
It is true that Second Site does not require the person's name to be the
first output of the first tag in a narrative. The comparison isn't really
useful, however, as Second Site's report format is not the same as TMG's
report format. Both tools produce narratives, but the TMG Individual
Narrative report starts with the subject's full name whereas Second Site has
the subject's full name above the narrative. TMG has other report formats
that don't start with the subject's full name, so clearly TMG can produce
such output. So, the difficulty of making a change in TMG is probably not
the issue; the issue is whether or not such a change should be made (clearly
there was a reason why it was done this way in the first place) and if so,
how important is that change relative to other change requests.
