Well, technically, the support that TMG provides is in the Help files
accessible from the Help menu. Tech Support is provided by Wholly
Genes. You are asking for help from other users here as this is a
user-to-user forum. Wholly Genes staff members are also subscribed
here but more as monitoring. So, for the future, if you do not get
the answers that you need here, you should contact Tech
Support. There are a number of ways you can contact them:
a. The Wholly Genes web page <http://www.whollygenes.com>
1. See the upper right corner for online contact or
to leave a message.
2. Click on the [Support] button in the upper left
to go to the Wholly Genes Community Forum where you can leave a
message. This may be answered by Wholly Genes staff and/or by
another user (often a beta tester).
b. Call 1-410-71502260.
c. Send a message to <>.
d. Send a FAX to 1-410-730-9734.
e. Send postal mail to: Wholly Genes Software
9110 Red Branch Road, Ste "O"
Columbia, MD 21045
Hope this helps -
