Subject: Aligning Footnotes in Reports

Good Afternoon,
On October 2, I sent the following message but have not seen a
response--I'm sure I've just missed it so am posting again.
I've been printing out reports to see what adjustments I need to make in
my data entry. I'm having a discrepancy with footnotes aligning with
document text in different reports. I'm using WordPerfect 12 for my word
processor.I want the left margin to be 1.25". In printing out an
Individual Narrative, I can get the body of the report margin to align
at 1.25" and with editing I can get the footnote text to align at 1.25"
but the footnote numbers remain at 1" so there's .1/4 inch between the
footnote number and its text. In printing a Descendancy Narrative I can
get the footnote numbers to align 1.25". I've used the same procedure
but the different reports don't perform the same. This doesn't seem
reasonable so I'm hoping someone can point me to an oversight on my
part. I anticipate I'll have a lot more questions--I surely do
appreciate your patience, help and time you so generaously share. Thanks
in advance
Pauline
