You don't need to actually have WP5.1. When selecting the report output file
in TMG, choose 'WP5.1 or later' instead of WP 7 or WP8. Many of us have
found that WP5.1 seems to do a better job of converting TMG files. I have WP12
and WPX3 and still select WP5.1 for TMG output.
