I think that some people have put two reports together by exporting to
Excel files, creating a new Excel file that contains all the columns,
then sorting the combined file by say ID#. You will get the info even
if in two entries on two lines but the info for each person will be
together.

And if you are proficient in Excel you can probably combine the two
lines into one.
