You have several options.

(1) Individual narrative and do not select any tags will give you just a list of names. In the report definition screen select "all people in the project".

(2) List of people and in the output definition select only "Name Group tag; Last, Given Names" or "Name Group tag; Given Last Names". In the report definition screen select "all people in the project".

(3) Same as (2) but in this case you will received every name in your project.

For (1) and (2) you will receive a list if individuals in your project and identified by their primary name.

If you want additional information about the individual for (1) and (2), just select it in the output definition.
