Let's see if I have this right.
If I want to use the Comments Box (and have it print), I must also go to the
output form and add either [COMMENTS] or [MEMO]
To where/how I want it to be used.
After mucking around with it, that is how I got it to work. Just wanted to
make certain that I wasn't making a mountain pout of a molehill.
