Luci, you want a List of Names, not as Virginia said a List of People ( I think that just gets you the primary names) My LoN has these columns Primary marker, 1, Last, given 20, ID 6, Soundex surname 9, Subject Birth Group tag date 13( picks up baptisms), Subject Death Group tag Date 13,
The middle names do get truncated but not important.

I save in Courier New 8 in landscape. I print it on both sides of the sheet. for my circa 12000 people, 17000 names data set printing takes about 130 pages but it has been invaluable in doing research. bob gillis
