Yes, it is possible. It requires creating a Report Definition for
each report that you want included. Based on what you indicate is
wanted, you would have one Report Definition for:
FGS for family A
Individual Narrative Person 1 of Family A
Individual Narrative Person 2 of Family A
Individual Narrative Person 3 of Family A
Individual Narrative Person ... of Family A
Individual Narrative Person x of Family A
FGS for family B
Individual Narrative Person 1 of Family B
Individual Narrative Person 2 of Family B
Individual Narrative Person 3 of Family B
Individual Narrative Person ... of Family B
Individual Narrative Person x of Family B
etc.
You would generate the reports to screen (at least) to determine the
number of pages for each. In this way you would then know what page
number with which to start the next report. This is designed for
printing directly to the printer.
Note that I am assuming that only one person is printed for each
Individual Narrative. But if you have a filter that select to print
multiple persons in the desired order then the Book Manager set up
above will be much shorter.

As noted for the above, the process is designed for printing direct
to the printer. If you want it to print to file, then it would have
to be to separate files. You could then open the first file in your
word processor and append each subsequent file to that -- probably in
sections. Some word processor provide a master document feature
which is one file which essentially calls (includes) each file in
order. This master document feature does the correct paginating,
etc. as desired.
If you only plan to print the book one or two times then I would say
that Book Manager may not be the way to go. One the other hand, if
you expect to be printing multiple times (say for each annual reunion
after updates have been done) then Book Manager can be helpful. You
may need to tweak each included Report Defintion for page numbering,
etc., but the basic work would be done.
For an example of what Book Manager can do see my article on creating
and setting a Related_Bu Flag at <http://www.tmgtips.com/Related_By.htm>.
Hope this helps -
