I'm pretty sure I read sometime back something on either the Board Admin board or one of the Listowners list that this was planned but wouldn't be done until after the rootsweb mailing list update was done and new login routine for them was finished and then Ancestry introduced their new boards... something about tying them all together under one login/security screen.
