Looks like the delta in headers starts between your ISP and
the rootsweb daemon... Note the ESMTP IDs shown in the pair below

The received header is added by the receiving node, but I
don't know where that ID is generated. Either osogrande is sending
twice (and based on the identical time stamp, using two parallel
connections transferring fast enough that no change in second takes
place) OR rootsweb is stuttering, receiving once but storing two
copies for forwarding.
I don't see duplicate "to" addresses, and don't know how the
SMTPd/list handles a case where a message is sent with
to: list
bcc: list
Does this reply show up twice? (since my use of "reply to
all" puts the list into TO and CC fields). I can't tell as my filters
delete my own messages on receipt.
