The size change gets smaller and smaller for me each year,, weird huh.. I
guess its just that we have such high ideas when we are kids and then we grow
up and see that they were not that high at all.
I remember my Dad seemed to be the tallest person in the world to me.. as I
got with in a couple inches of him in height.. I could near look him eye to
eye..but he sure still seemed tall in my mind... LOL ( he was abt 6'2" and I
was 6'0"... but gee he didnt have near as long arms as mother when one of us
kids got into trouble.. I know those arms of hers had to grow a foot or more
at that time...
I wonder sometimes today, if kids actually think of their parents that way..I
just dont see kids look at their parents quite the same way anymore...
One of my dislikes on Tv is the portrayal of the kids in commercials where
they treat the parents like they are the child. Even though its cute, it
shows the general attitude of kids of their parents these days.. OK, I
getting off my soup box now... I could go on forever on this one...
