Oh, my, I remember the chest plasters and Vicks rubs as a child. I was
prone to whooping cough and other throat ailments, tonsillitis,
laryngitis, etc. The warm flannel cloths felt great on my chest. The
turpentine treatment was awful. I don't know if it helped or not.
