The Lamoille County Probate office has the Wills of record for Wolcott
and they are located in Hyde Park, Vt.
I believe Judge Fitzpatrick is the Judge. His clerk helped me find the
wills of my great grandfather who died in 1929. There is a charge of 25
cents per page.
I don't know about Canadian Wills probated but maybe you could ask the
American Canadian Genealogical Society.
