I wonder if anyone else thinks it is strange that with all the kids these
Augustine's had, there's no record of one named "Augustine" after their father???

I have seen the name for the same man spelled Augustin, and given the
handwriting of their time, the name Augustus might easily have been mistaken for
Augustin.

While grasping at straws, I have thought that if Julius Webb was the father
of Augustine1, he may have been named Julius Augustus after Julius Augustus
Ceaser, and that perhaps Augustine was given his father's middle name. Hey! I
know it's a stretch, but there's gotta be some explanation.

Does anyone have a list of names for the siblings of William Warren Webb? I
have thought that perhaps he and Julius might have been brothers or something?
Or perhaps there was an Augustine in there somewhere.

Sorry, now I think I am confusing myself. Pat in Ohio
