who would be my 5-gr-grandfather may have been the man who married Nancy
Green in Bourbon County, Kentucky:

Marriage Date: 11 Sep 1794
information from: Ancestry
Marriage Records for Bourbon County, Kentucky 1786-1800

It looks to me as if Bourbon County was at this time approximately the
area that is now both Bourbon and also Nicholas Counties
