The Oxford City Baptism Index (http://www.ofhs.org.uk/searches.html) doesn't
show a Caroline EDEY/EDDY, but it does have the following entry :-

EDEN, Caroline, October 1819, St Peter B

The parish registers for St Peter-le-Bailey have been transcribed by
Oxfordshire FHS members, and are available on :-

I've checked the full entry in the transcript for you, and it reads :-

October 31, EDEN, Caroline, d Joseph and Prudence, lab.
