Just found on "ebay" under USA sellers and thought this may be of interest to those researching Phelps and Sheppard.

"Handwritten English vellum indenture dated 1684, during the reign of Charles II, being the conveyance of a parcel of land in Calne in the County of Wiltshire between Richard Phelps, a Yeoman, of the one part; and Robert Sheppard, a Mercer, of the second part.
Nicely penned with some flourishes and initial letter incorporating the date."
