Hi,

I'm researchin my West family roots. I'm the daughter of Leroy Adam West,
born in Fayetteville, PA in 1924 died in Tennesee.
His father was Adam West born 19 Feb 1861, Black's Gap, Franklin County,
PA Died 31 May 1944, Fayetteville, Greene Twp., Franklin Co., PA
Buried 4 Jun 1944, White Rock Church Cem., Pond Bank, Franklin Co., PA
Occ:Foreman/Supervisor at the Mt. Cydonia Sand Bank Reli:United Brethern
Church

Adam's father was Thomas West born abt 1815

In 1850 census Thomas and his family were living in Guilford Township with
their family.

In 1880 census, they do not appear.
Thomas' wife was Dorothy Rock
Birth:30 Apr 1817, Penna.
Death:7 Nov 1886, near Fayettesville
Father:Joseph Rock (1776-)
Mother:Magdalena Margaret Smith (1778-)

Children:Adam (1861-1944)
Thomas (1840-)
Sara (1844-)
Margaret (1847-)
Henry (1849-)
Cornelius (Neal) (1855-)

I'm seeking further information on Thomas, his family and ancestors. Would
like to know who my immigrant ancestor was and where they came from. Any
information would be helpful.
