I, too, am in the same boat as you as our West line died out with my Grand Uncle James M. West as he had an only daughter, Trunella West, b. bef. 1920 in Memphis, TN. My Grandmother was Pirley "Pearl" Andrew West, b. 22 Sep 1875 in Water Valley, Yalabusha Co., MS, d. 1956 in Tacoma, Pierce Co., WA, m. 20 Feb 1898 in Holly Springs, Marshall Co., MS to Arthur Augustus Manning, b. Aug 1870 in Eugene, Lane Co., OR, d. 1923 in Tacoma, Pierce Co., WA. The Parents of Pirley Andrew West were James Madison West, b. Aug 1818 in TN, d. bef. 1920 in Marshall Co., MS, m. Dec 1866 in Hardeman Co., TN to Amanda Jane Ragsdale, b. Oct 1850 in Harris Co., GA, d. Jan 1900 [bef census] in Holly Springs, Marshall Co., MS, they had only two sons, James M. West, b. 1885 in Holly Springs, Marshall Co., MS, d. unk. in Memphis, Shelby Co., TN, m. 1900 to Estelbe ?????, b. ?? in Ireland and Levi Lewis West, b. 1888 in Holly Springs, Marshall Co., MS, d. 1929 in Holly Springs, Marshall Co., MS, never!
married.
This is my WEST brick wall. Side note: Arthur Augustus Manning traveled with the circus as a roustabout from OR to MS in the 1890's, would also like to find his circus connection as to the name of the circus.

There are no living West males in my line. So...I guess I'll ask you where

The last link for me was my grandmother, Jessie Belle West (Willbanks), her
parents were Sarah S. Webb and Thomas Conley West, Thomas's parents were
Jeffrey & Ollinda Smith - does any of this sound familar?
