I am also looking for Wise's in Kentucky at about that time. Very hard because it is such a common name! Have you had any luck? I am looking for Matthew Thomas Wise b. 1862 in KY. m. Minnie Inez Shaffner (b. Iowa). M.T. Wise moved at some time to Missouri, but I don't know when. They had 8 children all born in Missouri. My grandmother, Bessie Wise was one of those children. I do have the names of the rest of the children and will send them to you if you wish.
