> My information goes up to Oliver Wise de Greston bef 1040 from West
Devonshire, England. I have the family line from John Wise up to Oliver but
do not have information on his brother. This is what I have. John Wise of
Sydenham. Born Nov. 16, 1617 and died 1695 at Clifton, Accomac County,
Virginia. Immigrated to America in 1635 on the ship "Transport". Married
Hannah Scarborough, daughter of Colonel Edmund Scarborough and Hannah Butler
who owned the ship "Mayflower" that brought the Pilgrims to New England.
Col. Edmund Scarborough was the son of Capt. Edmund Scarborough. John Wise
was a party to the North Hampton Protest in 1652. Justice of Accomac Court
in 1663 and signed the Accomac Memorial in 1677. John Wise's father was
Thomas Wise then John Wise, James Wise, Jone Wise, Oliver Wise, John Wise,
Thomas Wise, Serlonius Wise, Sir William Wise, Henry Wise, Sir John Wise,
Oliver WIse, Serlonius Wise, William Wise and then Oliver Wise de Greston
1040. I hope this was!
