I am trying to find information on the parents of Arthur Vernon Wise. He went by the name of Bill. He was my great grandfather and lived in Amboy, Wa. He died january 27, 1986 and was married to Elvina Anna Wolodko. I am having a very hard time finding information. Would love to know his parents names and any siblings. I know he was in WWI but cannot find any records. I believe he served in the Navy.
