Hi Jo Ellen

I believe we may be connected. My husbands great grandfather was William Luther Wise, son of John Wesley Wise and Lana Beekley Wise. They had four children, Emma, Fanny, Willisma and Charles Edward. William and his family lived in Parkersburg West Virginia. In my records Charles Edward was born in 1871. John was born in Boonsboro Md and his father Daniel had a farm that was the center of the South Mountain battle just before Antietam during the Civil War.
