My grandmother is said to have been a Wise. Her name was Percella. She was said to have been born in Pinegrove. She was also a Goodman. She married my grandfather Daniel Webster Saulsgiver in Oil City in 1912. Does she fit into your research and would you be willing to share any information with me?
