Hi

I purchased the 1911 Census in March 2007, because my KITCHEN family are not
on the 1901 Census. It was £45.00 and worth every penny. My grand parents
Emma STYAN and Anthony KITCHEN had married in Middlesex in 1892 after the
1891 Census. My grandmother Emma had died at home aged 38 of TB in April
1911 so I had their address. My father died when I was 24 and newly
married, with a small son and I had never met any relatives of his family.
He served 30 years in the Royal Air Force, the last 10 as a Warrant Officer.
I have recently found 2 cousins, one of whom I plan to visit in Gateshead!

It is well written by Anthony KITCHEN from Myton on Swale and his wife Emma
born Wixley the only spelling mistake I found.

They have been married 19 years and have lost 2 children. I have only
discovered the death of Douglas aged 5 so I am still trying to find the
death of the other child. My father Charles KITCHEN who Matriculated from
Gateshead Grammar School, before joining the Royal Air Force in 1921, is
aged 10.

I might add that because of the War and my father's career I went to 9
schools, he served 3 years in India and twice in Iraq.

I now need to find the second child they had that died, my aunt Emma KITCHEN
died in 1913 after the census.
